At Club Kayaks, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality kayaks and accessories. We understand that occasionally, you may need to exchange or return a product. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our Exchanges and Returns Policy outlined below:

Returns Within 14 Days

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.


The following items are not eligible for returns:

Used Kayaks: Kayaks that have been used on the water, even once, are not eligible for returns. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your kayak upon delivery and before use to ensure it meets your expectations.

Clearance or Final Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase at Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, making sure to include all accessories and documentation.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please follow the return process as outlined above and indicate your desire for an exchange when contacting our customer service team. We will assist you in placing a new order for the desired item once we receive and approve your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will either replace it or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.
